Warranty You Can Trust

Apex Warranty Policy

Apex is committed to delivering the best quality. Our products are covered by a comprehensive warranty, ensuring they are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 or 24 months (depending on the model) from the original purchase date under normal use. This warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase when bought from an authorized Apex retailer or reseller. For service, please contact the selling dealer.


Limited Warranty Statement

  • This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
  • Valid only in the country/region of purchase.
  • Covers expenses for inspecting and repairing the product during the warranty period.
  • Lasts 12 months from the original purchase date (proof of purchase required).
  • Defective products must be delivered to the authorized dealer with the warranty card and invoice.
  • Faulty products will be repaired or replaced with a functional unit. Replaced parts or products will not be returned.
  • The repaired or replaced unit will continue to be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Does not cover defects caused by using unauthorized accessories or components.

Note: Apex reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.


Exceptions

The warranty will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Exceeds the warranty validity period.
  • Altered or inconsistent warranty card information.
  • Misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the operational manual.
  • Damage from drops, shocks, or unauthorized disassembly.
  • Faults due to incorrect power supply.
  • Natural wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes).
  • Consequential damages are not covered under any circumstances.
